will learn how to achieve a full range of values for rendering volume
using a variety of mark-making in ink. And an introduction to various
pen and ink products and their history.
Class
Fee - $75.00
Students
should bring to class - Permanent Ink pens, such as Faber Castell
brand "Pitt artist pens", or Sakura brand "Pigma
Micron pens"

Drawing
is an activity that can improve memory and concentration as well
as provide the training for design and composition skills in other
art forms. Drawing is a way to record the life around you and give
you the techniques to enhance your artistic ideas. In this class
we will cover different subject matter every week to see shapes
and their relationships, learn more of the use of the pencil, and
how artist's create the illusion of form and etc!

Creative
Acrylic Painting

p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Start
with a color chart to train your eyes and hands to see variations
in hue and to learn mixing. With your photographs or other pictures
we will go over planning, design, lines and brushwork of the subject
matter you choose. We'll look at different artist's techniques every
week. Your color pallet and compositions are part of your personal
style of painting. That's the ultimate goal to learn from others
and to paint like yourself!
