Membership Application Mountain Regional Arts & Crafts Guild Dues are payable in November
Check one: ________$20.00 Active Member: artist, crafter (joint membership if engaged in a single endeavor). May hold office, have full voting privileges ( joint members = 1 vote) and serve on any committee.
________$10.00 Associate Member: individuals who have a sincere interest in the objectives and purpose of the Guild. May serve on any of the Guild committees with the exception of the Standards Committee. Not eligible to vote.
General meeting held at ArtWorks the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm for social, meeting begins at 6:30.

Show /Exhibit/ArtWorks Participation: In order to exhibit arts or crafts in any Guild-sponsored activity an Active member’s work must be juried by the Standards/Jury Committee. To participate in the Co-op of ArtWorks requires a separate application, all work juried by the Jury Committee and voluntary hours in the store.
